Shipping policy
- Shipping:
- Orders are FOB, point of shipment, unless otherwise specified by Fire Equipment Direct, LLC.
- Small Parcel orders of $750.00 or more shipped to a single location within the continental US are freight free (excludes hazardous materials, chemicals, recharge agents, cabinets)
- Truck line orders of $7,000.00 or more shipped to a single location within the continental US are freight free. (Note: Residential deliveries, lift gates, and delivery appointments will be additional costs)
- Orders received by 12:00 PM (EST) will usually ship the same day. Due to unforeseen circumstances, same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship the following business day.
- If a Rush Order is needed (same day but order received after 12:00 PM EST), a $50.00 fee will apply to the order. Please note that the Shipping cutoff hour is 2:00 pm EST.
- Fire Equipment Direct, LLC is not responsible for;
o Any damaged or lost products during shipment
o Carrier delivery errors
o Inaccurate or incorrect shipping information - If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged products.
