How do I place an order?
Register for an account on our website by completing our New Customer Registration Form, and provide the information requested. Once your account is approved and setup, you will be notified to login to the website. Orders can then be placed through the website.
Can I request Credit Terms for my account?
Credit terms can be requested. Complete the credit application form located on the website and upload it while registering for your account. You will be notified once the credit application has been reviewed.
Can I order products that are not shown on the website?
If you need a product that is not shown on the website, please contact us with the information of the product needed. We will contact our suppliers to get information on the product and will communicate our findings to you.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, orders require a minimum order amount of $250.00, excluding shipping charges.
How late can I place an order to be shipped the same day?
- Orders received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) will usually ship the same day. Due to unforeseen circumstances, same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate.
- If a Rush Order is needed (same day but order received after 12:00 PM (EST), a $50.00 fee will apply to the order/invoice.
Can I place a will call order for pick up?
Yes, we accept will call orders. Pick up of will call orders must be scheduled with Fire Equipment Direct’s office. For will call orders needing same-day pick up, orders will need to be received prior to 12:00 pm (EST). All will call orders are required to be picked up by 3:30 pm (EST).
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST). Shipping and receiving hours are 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (EST).
